The duration of these courses is less than 6 months. The objective of these courses is to upgrade the specialized skills that each sector demands to enhance earning capabilities of the trainee.

This course envisages to train the employees of Bakeries & the kitchens of Hotels and cafeterias to learn the basic functions of a bakery and knowledge required to prepare the basic bakery items. It increases their chances of employability in the Food industry.

This course envisages to train the cafeteria food service personnel of facility management companies who work in the corporate offices to work hygienically and efficiently in their daily work routine.

6. Skill Enhancement Course In Corporate Guest Services

Corporate houses have outsourced most of the non-core activities to facility management companies. Among the jobs done by them are – housekeeping, security, transport and pantry services. This course aims to professionalize the pantry services by providing them with skills needed for the job.

13. Skill Enhancement Course In Winning Thru Customer Delight

This course envisages training the food and beverage service personnel who work in the capacity of a waiter, head waiter, captain or supervisor of an outlet to enhance the value of guest dining experience by suggestive up-selling.
